Installation of platform steel grating

Before laying and installing the steel grating on the platform, first confirm whether the installation of the overall steel structure meets the design requirements. First, confirm that the location of the steel grating on the platform must be laid according to the elevation and number required by the drawings. The number is seated and accurately positioned.

The laying process of the platform steel grating is as follows:

1. Attention should be paid to the installation of the platform steel grating. Once the platform steel grating is placed on the beam, the gap should be adjusted and fixed immediately to avoid displacement of the platform steel grating and cause safety accidents. The location of the platform steel grating must be laid according to the elevation and number required by the drawings.                        2. The installation gap of the platform steel grating is generally 10mm.

3. Both ends of the loaded flat steel of the platform steel grating must be supported on steel beams or other supporting frames, and the lap length of each end shall not be less than 25mm. The distance between the steel gratings of the two platforms is usually 10mm. During installation, appropriate adjustments should be made according to the requirements of the drawings and the actual situation on site.

4. The installation spacing should meet the following requirements: the spacing between the platform steel gratings is 3mm, and the distance between the platform steel grating and the adjacent structure is 10mm.
