2.Specification of steel grating: 

(1) load flat steel spacing: two adjacent center distance of load flat steel, commonly used 30MM, 40MM two kinds. other specifications can be customized.

(2) indicates the treatment method: hot dip galvanizing, cold galvanizing, spray painting.

(3) crossbar spacing: the center spacing of two adjacent crossbars is usually 50MM, 100, two kinds, other specifications can be customized.

(4) Bearing flat steel: usually 20X3, 25X3, 30X3, 32X3, 32X5, 40X4, 50X5 and other models.

3.Method of fixing steel grating

Welding and mounting clamp fastening are available. The advantage of welding is that it is fixed and will not come loose. It is placed on each Angle flat steel of the steel grid, and the weld length is not less than 20mm and the height is not less than 3mm. The advantages of mounting clips are that the hot dip zinc layer is not damaged and the disassembly is convenient. Each plate needs at least 4 sets of mounting clips, and the number of mounting clips is increasing with the increase of the length of the plate. The safe method is to weld the screw head directly to the beam without the lower clamp, so that the steel grille will not slip off the beam due to the loose installation clamp.
